Lots of sugar butterflies airbrushed for a nice effect cover this cake in a swave. The butterflies are made with a cutter set which I have used again and again. I think that they are by patchwork cutters or fmm? I can't remember so correct me if I'm wrong.
This is not my design, but I hope my execution of the design has been successful. Getting the white strips of sugarpaste even and vertical took ages!!
This is a sponge three tier and was made to follow the Bride's dress design. Thank goodness I had detailed photo's of the dress. Siver balls and fabric look roses were all finished with a spray of pearl lustre dust
This is one of my own designs which turned out pretty well. I made a mould especially from a silicon material to get the rose texture. The bride wanted something different inspired by the designer Mackintosh and his signature rose design.
