I would have been happier if the head had stayed upright but the customer was happy. I made a12 by 16 shhet cake which i cut into thirds. Two thirds were piled to make the body. One third was cut into four strips to make the legs. I used chocolate rice crispies with chocolate ganache rolled into a ball and set covered with fondant to make the head. This was glued and inserted into the body with a dowel. when covering the body with fondant i did it vertically in two halves. The join won't be seen because of the mane,saddle and tail.
