My Birthday Cake

I made my own cake this year. It is a rich chocolate cake with rasberry jam filling covered in buttercream. It was yummy!

Here are the matching cupcakes. They are just a chocolate cake. No filling.

First Baby Shower

rainbow sprinkle cake with buttercream filling (same colour as MMF on top. Forgot to add the coloring before setting the MMF so I had to knead the colour into it. Took a lot of work, but managed to get rid of the marbled look. Made the mistake of using to much water to clean up the top so it got a glossy look to it. The Mommy to Be loved it. The cake was gone by the end of th shower.

Chocolate Fudge Bc Cake

This was my final cake for course 1. I made the class buttercream frosting but with cocoa in it. I think that frosting is delicious, and my whole family loved it. The roses aren't as hard as they look.
