Pumpkin Bundt Cake
Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Bundt Cake iced with Cinnamon Cream Cheese Glaze colored orange. Leaves are fondant and painted. From a decoration stand point it didn't turn out as I had wanted so I just threw some stuff on it. Everyone thought it tasted amazing which is all that matters! Thanks to whomever posted that recipe!!!

Baby Shower
This was a birthday/baby shower for 2nd baby boy cake. Bottom tier celebrates baby Bode (there are duckies on the back side) and top layer is for Mom-to-be's 30th birthday. Since it was her 2nd boy she didn't want anything too "baby" this time around. Cake is chocolate cake with chocolate filling/crumb coat. Covered in fondant with all fondant accents.

Autumn Leaves
This was the 2nd cake that went with my turkey cake. They are silk/plastic leaves and fake pumpkin/gourd, etc. on it. It's a carrot cake with a crusting cream cheese frosting. I did not enjoy working with this icing. It crusted great but I couldn't get it very smooth and once it sat out for too long and got soft it was impossible so I just covered as many of the flaws as I could with the decorations. I was happy with the result for the most part.

Turkey Cake
I got this great idea from the great photos on this site and followed MissMissey's instructions!! Thank you!!!!!! I did this for my husband's office. They asked for Thanksgiving theme for their November birthdays and this is what I did. They were amazed and apparently didn't even want to cut into it. I forgot to get a picture with the "stuffing" but this was good enough.

Fun Halloween Cake
Since my last Wilton course in June I have only done one cake so I decided I might as well do a Halloween cake for fun. I had forgotten how much stars HURT so I'm glad it was small. I kept is nice and simple and fun. This was also my first time using the viva smoothing tech. and it turned out great!!!

Katie's Shower - Baby Close Up
I got this idea from stephi17. I loved the look of the baby and bassinet and, seeing as I have no creative bone in my body, I had to copy it. I'm not very artistic (strange that I enjoy cake decorating, I know) so I'm pretty happy with how these turned out. This was my first time trying to sculpt anything from fondant and gum paste. Thanks again stephi17

Course #1 - Rose Cake
Those roses sure are harder than I thought! All in all, pretty good for my first time but my icing needed to be stiffer. This was also my first time using the parchment paper to smooth the bc and I love that technique. Thanks for looking, please feel free to give constructive advice if you see anything.

Clown Cake For Course 1
For some reason my icing keeps ending up whipped which is why it isn't as smooth as I know I can do. I'll play with it for next week. Also, this was my first attempt at making the side a different color from the top and that was interesting :) Any constructive advice is always welcome. I'm just learning so I can use the help!
