Rapunzel In Her Tower

Thank you amyvanderhaag for the GREAT inspiration. I LOVE CC! The bottom layers are made of chocolate cake and buttercream. The tower is made from RKT, a plastic cup, and the top of a 20 oz plastic bottle all covered in buttercream. I had the 8" cake on a board with plastic supports in it to hold the tower. While I was putting it together at the birthday party, but husband suggests I put wooden dowels in the tower to go in the plastic supports so it's sturdier. Now he tells me! It was okay when I left. Hopefully it didn't fall.

2Nd Birthday Dump Truck

Several 6" square cakes with lots of buttercream. I wasn't able to add the wheels (chocolate donuts); the customers had to. I would have placed them higher. The boy loved it though!

Wilton's star pan and their pinwheel design. Other than the crazy red tube frosting, this was very easy. I took it to my church fellowship.

1St Birthday Cake

Decorate with fondant cirlces and stars to match the birthday decor. Smash cake to match. Fondant is so much fun! I just need better tools to cut. The wilton fondant slicer is not the best. Suggestions?
