Trees are rct covered in chocolate fondant and carved into shapes. The child turned five so there were five monster trees holding long candles. The trees were placed around van. Was up til five in am doing this cake! So glad it turned out ok!

First of all a big thank you to cakes unleashed for all your help with this, I couldnt have done it without your help! The bass drum is 1/3 round styrofoam discs ( 12 inch diameter). the bottom third is the styrofoam the rest is a layered cake cardboard, layered cake cardboard, til it reached the desired hieght. I carved the circle using a template cut to size to keep circle shape. I put support through out. The red edge is fondant the middle is buttercream. The mallots are rct covered with fodant. The music is sheet cake. Thought it turned out great. Thanks again to cc for all the help!

this is the wrestler i made that went with the grad cake. The pic didnt show him very well. there is a metal bendable piece inside to hold the basic form. I put rice crispy treats over form to bulk out body, the rest is covered in fondant.
cake was made for a high school wrestler. wrestler is made with rice crispy treats for form and fondant over the top. basic sheet cakes made up mat. this was my first attempt at sculpting out of fondant. it was lots of fun!
I do a cake a month for a local nursing home for bdays. This was Junes. Its a 1/4 sheet with 1/2 sports ball cake. All covered in bc. It turned out very summery.
