My sister in law works at a middle school whose mascot is a raven. She wanted a 3d cake to take for bosses day. It isn't very easy to make an all black animal look interesting. Used the bake and fill pan with an 8 in round in the middle. Styrofoam egg was used for head. Logo and all other deco is fondant. Handpainted the bird black.

This was a thank you cake for a sweet Dr. who took extra good care of me. This is 2 6inch WASC and 1 brownie "burger". All decorations are fondant. Fries are pieces of pound cake cut with crinkle cutter and baked for a little crispness w/ "ketchup" on the side. I'm taking it tomorrow...sure hope she likes it=)
3 -12in, 3- 9in, 2- 6in With 6in and 4 inch dummies in between. This is my first attempt at anything like this. It was a hit and didn't fall...YEAH!!!

I was so nervous to make my first wedding cake!!! 12, 9, 6 inch lemon cakes with raspberry buttercream. Of course I see nothing but the imperfections, but all in all I am proud of it!

Thanks to all ccer's for beautiful cakes to use as guide. Bought this fondant online, Satin Ice,...it tried to crack a bit. I bought 20lbs of it. If this happens everytime I swear I'm going to cry. They still loved the cake!. I think I'm the only one who noticed
3/4 stacked and cut sheet cake for base, RKT lamb pan horse. Fondant decorations. First time using tappits, I think I added too much tylose as they were kind of brittle. It was my niece's 2nd B-Day and she didn't mind the crazy looking letters at all!=)
My cousin gradutaed from high school, so I made a cake to match his guitar. The strings were actually the hardest part...BY FAR!

Red snapper..supposed to be at least...RKT fish and tail. iced in buttercream w/ fondant accents. My husband did the rocks. He was so proud of himself for helping!
Small cake made for an expectant mom. Was suppose to be for baby shower but, mom went into labor so changed to small version to take to hospital. 3 6in rounds gumpaste girl, all decorations fondant.
