Two tiered round wedding cake using chocolate fondant. Cake was two tiers of chocolate mud cake with chocolate buttercream. Bride supplied flowers for top of cake. My first "paid" cake.

Not 3D but is of our truck and trailer with a wee house on the back. Our business is moving houses so I thought it appropriate to do this cake for my husband, especially has his recently bought Western Star truck and hydraulic trailer are his pride and joy. So wanted to try 3D but just ran out of time.
Once again, got inspiration from the Australian Women's Weekly Birthday Cakes book for this cake, not exactly the same but loved the idea of using marshmellows for the dress. The cupcakes with flowers on were fun to make too and help with extra servings.

Our son is really getting into fishing so I decided to do a Snapper cake for him, was very last minute so wasn't the exact look I was going for. I wanted more realistic it turned out more cartoonish, but I was still happy at the end. Mixed a variety of lustres to get the shine.
