This was for my youngest sons 5th birthday. He watched my every move as I made it. Bottom tier lemon cake, top tier orange cake covered in fondant. All accents made from fondant except for Mario, Luigi and characters on bricks and mystery bricks. Imspired by many of the wonderful cakes here on CC.

I made this for my husbands 29th birthday. He loves Spam Musubi. (I guess it's a Hawaiian thing) Yellow cake covered in butter cream frosting. Seeweed is tinited gum paste then painted again after applied. Rice is grated fondant on top and piped frosting on sides.

3 tiered topsy turvy cake. All layers covered in fondant. Tulip is made of gum paste. Chess pieces and checker board made of fondant. real apple and satin ribbon. made for best friends birthday.

Bolt

13x18 yellow cake. Covered with homemade butter cream frosting. Bolt cake is made of rice crispy treats and covered with homemade MMF. Lightening bolts on the sides and facial features on dog are also made of MMF.

Dora The Explorer

7in square cake, 8in round cake. bridge was made of colored mini popsicle stickes glued to yarn connected to painted chopstickes with hot glue. Road is covered in sprinkles and characters were purchased from bakery. Aligator and stars were made of fondant and google eyes applied with frosting.

2, 9 in. yellow cakes. white frosting. Track and checkered flags are made of fondant. Cones also made of fondant.

This was my first cake. I made it for my son's birthday. It's a yellow cake covered with fondant. I used a spoon to dig out parts of the cake for the holes. The mice are made of fondant and the whiskers are drawn on with a marker. I used buttercream frosting around the bottom. The banner and the name are also made of fondant.
