All BC. Tried new technique on the border with color striping using the new technique I found on the forums using plastic saran wrap inside the icing bags...neat idea! Just have to keep consistent with how it's turned! Obiviously messed up on the "birthday" wording and tried to redo it! Luckily this is for my mom and dad so they won't care!
Cake is all BC. Bear is made out of Wilton 3d bear mold and honey pot is just a cut-to-shape cupcake. Mommy-to-be was using light green and yellow, thus the polka dots. Final product had little bees buzzing around Pooh and the honey pot.

Nephew wanted a pirate themed party so SIL asked me to make him this cake. I wasn't real happy with the "lid" because it didn't stand up better...next time I'll use my own instructions. Iced in chocolate BC and idea taken from the familyfun website
My first attempt at a two tier cake...you can see that it's kind of lopsided/bulging at the top. My dowels were too tall and I didn't know how to ice the top layer perfectly and then sit it on top (any tips??). All bc and moose/bear on top are fondant
This is a BC smash cake I made for my son's 1st birthday! It was a safari theme so we went with a little tiger! Simply carved out of an 8" round.
My first attempt at MMF!! All the accents are made from Rhonda's Ultimate MMF (thanks for the help!). Bottom layer is 2-9" rounds with BC, and the "rock" on top is made from a 4-cup Pyrex bowl, 2 cupcakes, and 1 mini-cupcake all with BC.
