A cake I did for a friends anniversary. I need to figure out how to execute this better. Maybe pre make and freeze then place the buttercream roses.

Four little Bridesmaid dresses using the mini wonder mold pans, They were a pain to crumb coat,but they came out cute I think.

this entire house is make from pastiage which is comparable to a necco wafer, thin and fragile. I also used impression mats to make the text on the roof.
this entire box is made from chocolate used PVC pipe as a mold for the center and for the top and bottom I spread a thin "sheet" of chocolate let it set up the used the circle cutter a bit bigger then the center piece to cut out the top and bottom. use melted chocolate to attach top and bottom to center. then pipe design and attach the same way.
this is a white cake with ganache filling. Iced in BC.
