A mini cake I made for a wedding consulation: white chocolate fondant with amaretto white cake/white chocolate buttercream. I tried to use photo shop to put a black background on the picture, thus the reason for the cake edges looking uneven.

This was my first attempt with fondant and creating my own recipe for lemon cake and lemon buttercream. I learned that I need to use a larger tip for the bow on top so that they don't snap when I take them off the paper after drying. Overall, I'm happy with how it turned out.
