Three tier pound cake with vanilla frosting. Covered in Marshmallow Fondant... all decorations made with MMF. I made this cake for a county fair contest and tied for first place (there were only 3 cakes in the category...!).
This was for my daughter's fifth birthday. I did a yellow cake with chocolate basketweav frosting. The decorations on the top are MMF, except for the rats, who are from the Disney Store. :)
White cake with buttercream filling. MMF and gumpaste decorations. This was my first attempt at a two tier fondant covered cake. So much fun to make!!
