This was my first attempt at a topsy turvy cake. I learned many things while making this cake - I'll definitely be making this type of cake again!
I created this cake using MMF and gum paste flowers. Any comments are greatly appreciated.
This was the first time I tried making mini cakes and the first time I used pourable icing. It was a bit tricky making the tiers even. I made these for my sister's 7th birthday.
I made this cake for my grandparents anniversary, swag and base are MMF, daisies are made out of gum paste.
This was a cake I made for work, it's a very 'springy' cake. Any comments are welcomed!
I donated this cake to a non-profit org in NYC. It's a 14" round as the base, 8" square middle, and 6" round as the top. It's my first tiered cake so any feedback would be great!
I made this for St. Patrick's Day, it's a white cake dyed green, covered in white fondant with green fondant bow and stripes. I think this is a good design for any occasion though such as a birthday with a different color scheme.
This is an 8"x8" square pan covered in white fondant and then used circle cutters to make an inlayed design.
This is a 10" heart cake pan, I used the Magnolia Bakery icing for this cake which is quite sweet and a bit runny. I made the roses out of royal icing.
