2 sheet cakes iced inbetween for the base(of course) and 1 round cut in half, iced and stuck together for the top. I had cake left over from another project that day and decided not to waste it. So, I crumbled it up, mixed it with icing, rolled it into a ball and froze it to make the baby's bottom. Which worked pretty well. The legs are nutty buddies iced in btrcrm and the feet and toes are btrcrm. The only fondant on this cake is the ankle name tag.

I don't know how I pulled this off. I put the gator together from a 9x13 sheet cake and the eyes and jersey are fondant. It was a groom's cake.
8" sq. with all btrcrm and a real bow.
2~8" rounds cut to shape the head and body. It's really simple. All btr crm. The bow is real. Everyone luvd it!
8" square with real ribbon. Name tag is fondant.
10" round btm and 8" round top. All btr crm. Add the Tinkerbelle topper from a push pop sucker..lol. But it worked.

cut the chair from a 6" sq. Piped the cross dressing old man with btr crm and his head is fondant.
used laminated photos from an old calender.
buildings are graham crackers, fondant rocks and fire.
