This is really my 2nd attempt. I made this for a good friend at work. Choc/fudge cake with choc/whipped cream/pudding icing, it was very delic! I don't know how you ladies get your icing to look so smooth, but I'll keep trying!
Strawberry cake with "boxed" BC frosting. (not very good) But I think I did ok for my first attempt.
