I made this cake for the girl scouts' Favorite Guy dance last Valentine's Day. I put a basketweave around all three tiers and royal icing flowers.
This was my very first attempt at a "creative" cake. It was for a friend's birthday. He loved his 4 wheelin'. The 4 wheeler sits atop the Mtn. Notice the dirt slide down the side. It took some work, but he made it to the top!
