Chocolate cake with homemade Buttercream icing for a friend's husband's birthday. I know after this that I don't like decorating with homemade Buttercream. If you move the cake after it's dried you get cracks in it. Not neat looking at all. But she loved it!!

This was my 1st attempt @ a Topsy-Turvy Cake. I loved it!! I didn't have to worry about it being level! One layer was white almond cream wedding cake & the other was chocolate. BC icing, fondant accents, & gumpaste daisies. Because of the humidity my topper fell, that was my only problem. Can't control the weather in the South.
