I used fondarific - it's awesome - very smooth...not like Satin Ice. The cake is similar to a pound cake - it's a Puerto Rican Wet Cake...syrup made brandy...I tried to do every single detail on this bug - lol
People love my pistachio cakes - they order them all the time - so I try to make them as different as I can - this time I made roses and leaves with GP - but the frosting being whipped cream..seems like anything added on it makes it melt...
