This is a large guitar cake based on the japanese musician hide's (from X Japan) signature model. Filled with jam and covered in lemon buttercream and marzipan hearts. Made it for the japanese music clubs annual party. (I'm so angry at myself for not making sure I got a good picture of this cake... but I was super stressed)
This is a cake I made for a friend's 30:th birthday party. One of two, actually... It's chocolate meringues, filled with dark chocolate cream, canned cherries and cream. Topped with fresh chocolate dipped cherries.
