Hawiian Sunset With Palm Trees
This is a chocolate cake with buttercream frosting. I made the sunset using wilton color spray, spraying around a palm tree stencile I made. I also made the seashells using Hersheys white chocolate and a candy mold. I also put a little edible glitter to give the water a little shimmer. :) I'm gonna go ahead and toot my own horn on this one. :D

Pink Roses For An 80Th Birthday
This is cake #3 of, what I call, Cake-a-palooza 2010. Choclate and vanilla cakes. Buttercream frosting. The daughter for the b-day girl said she wanted lots of flowers. I can make roses the best, so she got lots of roses. I wasn't too crazy about my pink and purple color choice, because it kinda turned out like an 8 year olds b-day cake rather than an 80 year old. :) But, I think it turned out ok though. :)

Classic Pooh
This is a chocolate and a funfetti cake. :) This is for my first niece!!! :) I just painted the classic Pooh pic onto fondant. It is buttercream bees and frosting. The daisies are also fondant. :) I was too lazy to find my flower patterns for piped flowers and i already had some pink daisies made for a wedding cake I was making too. This is cake #2 of, what I call, Cake-a-palooza 2010. (A 3 tierd weddding cake with 2 satalites, and a grooms cake, this cake, 2 b-day cakes and another wedding cake. The 2nd wedding cake and the 2 b-day cakes were all for the same day)

Cherry Blossom Wedding Cake.
This is my second wedding cake. Ugh! I took cakes all the way from home in Montana to Portland, OR!! I was glad when this one was done too! I accidently left my premade flowers back at my friends house an hour and a half away from the wedding site! But their roommate brought them with him about and hour before the wedding. I was franticly making more flowers an hour before the wedding! I frosted it the night before the wedding. This is a lemon cake with raspberry filling and buttercream frosting.

Skull Cake
I was slacking at work at the cash registers and traced this off of a journal. I traced it onto wax paper and used toothpicks to do a dot=to-dot technique and painted in the colors with food coloring and a brush. It is a chocolat cake with buttercream frosting. The border is supposed to be my attempt at flames. I made it for giggles for a friend who has an Ed Hardy wallet.

This is my first wedding cake! I am soooooo glad I'm finished though! I enede up using real roses instead of the small fondant roses I made because the real ones looked better and coverd more booboos. I wish I would have remembered to dowel my cake because it started to slide a little, but the even coordinator saved the day while I was getting ready to go to the wedding and put napkins unde rthe base. nobody could tell! Thanks for looking and comments VERY welcome! thanks!
