Thrilled with how this one came out - inspired by Debbie Brown's cake Baby Dragon. Fondant over chocolate cake. Love her cakes. Easy to figure out with out a lot of talent. Purple edible crushed glitter. over a teal dragon. For a 3 year old boy.

Wal-Mart Shopping Trip

Made for a child who had a dream to shop at wal-mart. Child has a life-threatening illness and was granted this by the children's dream fund. I really have trouble with these round cakes!! Fondant over chocolate cake with fondant covered cake base and fondant accents.

Tampa Bay Rays Baseball

5th time I have done this cake, I still can not get the baseball covered correctly with fondant. Any suggestions? With the Rays in first place I am getting requests for rays cakes a couple a week

Pony Stable

From Debbie Browns book - pony stable, done in fondant over buttercream. Hay bales made from fondant covered in gumpaste glue and shredded wheat pushed on top. I am pretty happy with this one. For a girl who got a years riding lessons for her dream.

Remote Control Tv

Had someone getting a Big Screen TV and was asked to make a cake for the occasion. Could not think of anything else to do. Plane but I think it fits the present. Chocolate cake, oreo filling, covered in gray fodant with dryed buttons with lettering painted on with fondant writer pens and food coloring

Kitty In The Garden

Fondant kitty laying in the grass with royal flowers. Had 2 hours to throw together a cake because the wrong date was given to me. Luckily I keep cakes in the freezer, and assorted fondant pieces that I practice on and royal flowers from one of the classes I took.
