Vanilla cake with a vanilla custard filling and vanilla cream cheese frosting. Do you see a trend? This was my first time using fondant. I didn't dare cover the cake but I think I did ok with the accents. I did two similar cakes for two parties.

My first cake! It is Devil's food with raspberry filling and chocolate cream cheese frosting. Since I am not great at smoothing yet I used ideas from CC to use the pirouline cookies around the cake and top with fresh raspberries. Thanks to everyone for their ideas, too many to list! I hope this is the first of many.
