Banana Split

Banana Split

My good friend and I did this together and had so much fun making this cake. She cut out perfect little bananas from a 6"cake and I used a new damp sponge to give texture. The birthday girl was super excited!

Castle

What more could a Princess want than a castle on a hill. Sugar cones dipped in thick colored sugar water sit on top of frosted regular cones.

Chuck E. Cheese

Chuck E. Cheese

A 2 tier cake with Chuck E. Cheese popping out of the top. The mouse is made from the royal icing similar to color flow. Once the image dried I used royal icing to glue skewers to the back for extra support. There are real tokens inside the primary colored fondant stars. Streamers and basic shapes made this cake burst with fun for my 4 year old little boy.
