Just wanted to upload this cake to remember what I did for our family's dessert. White cake with red marble swirl. Vanilla/Almond flavored buttercream. I experimented on that one & my husband loved it!
Customer's wife loves Chocolate & Coffee. Words & Hearts were made with melted Semisweet Chocolate. Wafers were Cappuccino flavored. Heart was filled with thin Royal Icing. I'm having fun while being a work in progress :0)
Very pleased with this cake. Chocolate Cake with Chocolate Buttercream. Wouldn't change a thing since I'm still learning, except to spell the word Birthday correctly next time! :0)
