This is a red velvet cake covered in a cream cheese frosting. I did this for a fraternity, Kappa Alpha Psi. The scroll, lettering and trim were all made of fondant. The border was cream cheese frosting. The frosting was not as smooth as I would have liked. I will have to practice on this. Nevertheless, it was a hit.
