We've been talking about the pistachio cardomon flavor cake on the Gourmet Flavors thread so I thought I would give one a try. I was skeptical about the cardomom but the flavors really blended nice and was really delicious! Pistachio, coconut and cardomom with pistachio mousse filling and white chocolate coconut whipped frosting.

Another first for me! I got to try out my new floating tiers cake stand. 14", 10", and 6" white chocolate with raspberry mousse filling and white chocolate curls and raspberries on top. White chocolate flour frosting. Was hard to pipe but is so yummy!
Pumpkin Layer Cake with pumpkin filling from hallfamily727's recipe. Cream Cheese frosting. Spider is mini cupcake with sprinkles and licorice legs. Baby spiders are licorice candies. I tried the ice cream cone stem but I'm not happy with it. It was just a cake I wantd to try with a bundt pan and it was fun to do!
This was my first FBCT. This was harder than I thought it would be! I definitely want to keep practicing on this tecnique. The black hair bled a little bit. I don't know how this happened as I outlined with brown! My little niece really wanted this picture so she was pleased. I replaced the #1 candle that was on the picture with a #3.
