I did this after reading the book that came with my 101 piece wilton kit The Cake Boss ad is kinda blocking my view while I type, so excuse any typos etc. Anyway, this is a lemon pound cake filled with apple and plum jelly. mmmm. I super tweaked my mom's recipe, and I like how it came out, It's a keeper!
This is the first cake I covered in rolled buttercream! It was easier to make than the fondant, but it was awfully greasy : Still fun though :)
