This was my first wedding cake which I made for my husband's brother. It is a butter cake and the filling was buttercream with fresh lemon juice and lemon zest. I covered the cake with fondant and the roses, leaves and butterflies was made with a mixture of gumpaste and fondant. It was delicious.
