This is the hardest cake I have ever done. The top layer is a dairy free, flour free, sugar free, soy free, gluten free Bean cake. The whole cake had to be frosted sugar free, so I did a Chocolate ganache made with coconut milk. The white accents did have sugar, but otherwise, this was a crazy hard cake. I think it turned out ok with the restrictions I had to work with!
