This cake was for my friends who was proposed to in Disney World while When you wish upon a star" was playing in the background. Her wedding theme is stars and the colors are pink and white. This was also my first attempt at using fondant.
I made this cake for my boss who has left the unit. The helicopter is color flow and you can see how it cracked while trying to take it off the parchment paper. All in all I am very pleased with the results.
This was my final cake for Wilton Course 1. It's a yellow cake w/ buttercream. I'm so proud!
