My first attempt at Bakerella's mini cupcakes. I made them with strawberry cake, dipped them in candy melts and then topped with sprinkles & a red m&m. I opted for the candy mold method instead of using a cookie cutter. This is my first batch so I'm still figuring out logistics.
My friend & I made our friends wedding cake. Everyone was pretty impressed and would never had guessed that we are beginners. 8', 10' & 12' cakes on the Wilton 3 tier stand. We used buttercream icing & recipes found on CC: Durable Cake for 3D and Wedding Cakes (raspberry filling) & Spice Cake Extender (Cream Cheese filling). They were both a hit!
