Well, this was a very valuable learning experiences cake, it was my 1st wedding cake, (yahhhh~~!!) 1st time making and using sugar flower in cakes (hibiscus), making and using MMF, (tried several recipes), it was a lot of fun~ now I just wish I can do it all over again!!! lol~
My 1st 3 tires, 1st box cake, (chocolate covered strawberries inside.) 1st pillow cake, HUGE thanks to CC members, it could not possibly happen without you all!
I made this one for my niece's 10 years old birthday, I didn't really get time to make the Hanna right, happy got the guitar~

I made this cake for a school party, design with the number of student in mind so everybody had a complete piece of something~ and the big smile face in the center for the teacher.
It's Dora~ :D my niece was crazy about her, so I made her the cake for her 9 years old birthday, the pond was made out of jello, butter cream icing under and let dry for like 6 hours before I lay the jello down, I was so glad when it worked out ok~
These are some Halloween and thanksgiving cupcake and my 1st Petits Fours (so they call?) I made for neighbors. cupcakes are fun~
well, I didn't go to a class, but this was my 1st fondant cake, was a birthday cake for my husband. :)
