this is similar to another cake i found on flicker. puppy's were made from gumpaste
the rainbow on this cake was made with pastillage x
i absolutely loved this cake and didn't want it to leave the house.
i really wish i hadn't started painting the details gold on this one. oh well live and learn i suppose!
love love love this one. this is another one that i really enjoyed doing. the horse is made from fondant and the "explosion" behind the horse is smarties.
this is my first wedding cake. it all went together so well and i was really pleased with the outcome as were the bride and groom.
just managed to salvage this. it was supposed to be a 3D rugby ball cake which went horribly wrong hence they ended up with players in a scrum. deep breath and sigh :-(
personally i'm not sure i like this cake. it was out-sourced to me. i changed the board ribbon from white to black which helped to tie in the royal icing stencil work a bit more but i still think the dividers were a little to big.
all fondant work. the beach huts turned out better than i thought they could. the sand is light brown sugar.
this was supposed to look like a wine box. all done in fondant except the spout on the side which i took from a real wine box. the model on the top is my favourite part.
love this cake, it's still one of my favourites
this was done for a friend of mine who loves peppa pig. cakes like this always remind me what can be done when you put your mind to it!
this was a lovely cake to do. i did have a little trouble with the trees but other than that it was a great experience.
this is my first wine bottle cake based on echo falls wine bottles.
my first tiara. i was quite pleased with how the tiara came out but still think it could have been cleaner and thiner.
i actually enjoyed doing this one did'nt think i would. chocolate cake covered with fondant
all the characters bursting out of the telly, all colours the same as the telly on the show.
my daughter decided that this year she wanted a blue pig cake????? so this is what she got! all the kids loved it though
sponge filled with buttercream, covered with fondant and fondant accents. i love this one
