This is my version of the cake in the Wilton 2010 yearbook. It is white cake with (duff)buttercream filling. It is covered with the Duff (white)buttercream fondant I tinted green with the leaf green food coloring. The flowers and leavesare a fondant gumpaste mixture with the a dusting of white or green pearl dust. The stands are the new Wilton 3 stand set in the 2010 yearbook.
