this was a Grooms cake to go with my Black & Silver wedding cake. Smoke is meringue on top of an upsidedown creme horn, everything is edible. The train is carved from cake.

All buttercream except the pine cones are mini cream horn shells with ganache piped petals, bottom border is also ganache. Candy cane sprinkles.
