This cake was totally inspired by adven68's Candy Wonderland cake. I knew it was a must make for my daughter's first birthday. Everything is made of gumpaste and fondant. Cake was vanilla with strawberry filling.

This was my first cake ever! I made this with no help of a course, and I think I did a great job for my first cake. I used a large sheet cake, and placed a football shaped pan on top for the fish body.
This was my first official basket weave cake that I made for Wilton Course 2. As it is close to Halloween, I opted against the white basket and color flow blue birds, and instead made a chocolate basket with color flow bats, a witch, and blackwidows crawling amidst my flowers! The actual flowers were made with royal icing.
