I'm below a novice...this is my fifth cake (maybe I'll upload the previous) but my daughter's 11th Chinese themed bday party needed a cake and this is my attempt. I need to purchase a smoother...and it was first attempt at a bow, which could definitely have gone better but wasn't a complete flop! =-) Okay enough excuses...
