Old Western Goal
I made this for a friends birthday, she is really into shooting and old cowboy & western stuff. I really would have like to use an impression mat for the stone work but I didn't have one so I used fondant balls flattened out. You can't see the roof but it had a wood look effect. My friend loved it and thats all that matters.

Christening Cake
This is the Christening cake I made for my son. It is my official "hangover" cake. I went out the night before and drank more than I intended to! Thus, this cake took me all day to complete!!! I had never done ribbons and bows before so i was suprised that they turned out considering I really didn't feel well! I made the blanket 2 days beforehand but I bought the booties from a cake supplies store. The baby and rocking horse were store bought. It was a butter cake covered with Bc and Fondant

Santa And Rudolph Christmas Cake
Round boiled fruit cake coverd 1st with marzipan and then fondant. I used an impression mat to put the stars on the sides - but I think I didn't press hard enough. I had 2 kids at my ankles when I did this part! The balls wer hand rolled and painted with snowflake lustre as I had no super pearl! Santa, Rudolph and the presents were made from fondant. Rudolph came out much darker in the photo than he actually is. This was rushed so I hope to spend more time on the next one to get it all right!

Party Pinata!! Chocolate Dome With Cake Underneath! You Smash The Choc Dome To Get To Cake!
These party pinata cakes have been the most requested cake I am asked to do. The top is a hard chocolate dome, which is made by swirling melted chocolate around in a bowl. You leave it to set and then remove the dome from bowl. It is placed over the top of round cake decorating with chocolate money and lollies. use more melted choc to "glue" on any lollies that you can think of! Smarties, freckles, jelly beans etc.The birthday child gets to break open the dome with a toy/craft hammer, revealing the treasure!
