My worst cake disaster ever!!! Tried to use rice crispy treats for the sides and top. they began to collapse and luckily just barely made it to the party. I will never try one of these cakes again! They were happy luckily and had my cakes before. Live and Learn!
My 13 year old daughter designed every aspect of this cake. She drew it out, chose the colors and everything. So proud of her!!!! I need to put her to work! Also my first topsy turvy cake.

Just had to do one of these cooler cakes. Sooooo much fun! Couldn't figure out the sugar ice so I went with the jello. Hubby was glad to help me empty the beer cans!
First attempt at any kind of animal print. the bottom was supposed to be leopard or something, looks more like pigpens halloween costume! lol
First try at one of these teapots. It was a lot harder than I thought! Next time I think I will be a little more careful when I carve. They loved it, I guess that's all that matters.
This cake was for an ad agency's 1 year anniversary picnic. Iced in BC with fondant accents. This was so much fun! DH says it was missing something, besides my napkin kept falling apart, I would like to see him do better! HaHa!

Made for a lady who loves the beach. It was a last second cake, very simple. Iced in BC water is piping gel and sand is crushed graham crackers shells are white and milk chocolate. I just love these beach scenes!
Iced in BC, numbers are Royal icing. This was for my Best Friends' daughter on her 21st. She loves pink.
Seashells are white chocolate/milk chocolate swirled. Sand is crushed vanilla wafers. Iced in BC. A little girls luau party. This was fun!
