Boulevard Wheat Cake
This was for an out of town customer planning for her in town boyfriend. It was a lot of fun...It was carrot filled with cream cheese, Well as you can see it shifted slightly to the left...luckily they had the party in our posh Frieghthouse restaraunt and it was dark...plus they had been drinking a few of these prior to delivery and just loved it! No better way to get a bar to come alive than come in with a Beer cake! LOL!

My Bronwen Weber Dragon Class Cake
I made this in Vegas at Cake Camp with Bronwen Weber, it was a blast :) I love taking classes with Bronwen! She is so amazing to watch transform cake into art-and she makes you believe you can do it too! LOL! Her laid back personality is what i find the best part of her class. Here we carved sheet cakes into a basic dragon shape then covered them in butter cream and finished with fondant and formed the details. After covering the cakes we airbrushed them and finished with a buttercream spikes down his back

My Collette Peters Class Cake (Mystery Challenge Class)
Collette had us all bring the same sized cake and to create very different cakes we all had to choose an envelope with 3 different fabric swatches to coordinate with. In the bottom right corner you can see my choices (i was so sad with those choices at first!) it was a Cherry pattern, a cream and green awning stripe and a BRIGHT orange flambe Satin material. And this was what I came up with, it was fun!

Election Themed Birthday Cake
Well...I was so confused by the theme of this 2nd birthday cake-Election theme? Red, White and blue cake with "Sam For President" on the cake. Oh well, they don't pay me to think about the theme's just to make the cake :) Came out cute, and it was for a really great customer so I am glad they loved it! Buttercream iced with fondant accesories-Martha Stewart 4th of July accessories and Wilton pom-poms and candles.
