Elephant Cake
This was my daughter's 1st Bday cake, she is in love with elephants, so I had to decorate accordingly. I thought he turned out really cute but had problems with his front legs looking right and his ears, lol! He is made from the 3D bear pan, ears are fondant, his legs and trunk are bc covered marshmallows. He is a CASC cake, sitting on a WASC, got rave reviews.

Fringe Sheet Cake
This was my first ganache cake, and I had so many issues with it, it didn't want to smooth out on its own, and I dont like having a smooth cake. It was chocolate cake with raspberry filling, a chocolate transfer of the logo, and chocolate roses-also my first time with chcolate clay

Tow-Mater
This cake was so much fun to do! I specifically cut him up crooked to give him his look. He is chocolate sitting on a chocolate cake covered in mint oreo crumbs to resemble a road. All buttercream, sprayed his coloring with the Preval sprayer, doughnut tires, chocolate covered pretzel towing equipment, and fondant cable.

Polka-Dotted Elephant
This was copied from the birthday girl's invitation that had a pink elephant with hearts spewing out his trunk, and the enevelope had the green and white polka dots. The small hearts are from a heart muffin tin covered in thinned royal icing, the bigger heart was the birthday girl's smash cake. The hearts were vanilla almond and the elephant was chocolate chocolate chip, all buttercream, except the tail.

Gray Dapple Appaloosa Horse
This was inspired by Mac's horse cake, thank you so much! Although mine didn't turn out quite as nice. The little girl asked for a Gray Dapple Appaloosa with a striped mane. White chocolate cake and white chocolate pudding, all buttercream and fondant ears and painted on black dots.

Pooh Is Robin Hood
I got a phonecall for a mom who wanted to celebrate 2 birthdays together, one wanted an archery cake and the other a Pooh cake....I couldn't come up with anything but a bullseye for the archery cake, so I combined the two ideas, she loved it. Pooh is dressed in green, has a pack of arrows on his back, a feather in his hat and he is suppose to be sitting on a bulls-eye. This pic was taken before I added his fondant bow. Just a Pooh smash cake for the little one.

1St Birthday
When this lady called, she didn't have any ideas of what she wanted, so she sent me links of his invitation and partyware. His invitations had a bunch of balloons on them, and the sheetcake is a replica of the partyware. Each cake was a carved 9" round-each a different flavor, with real ribbons stuck in. The sheet cake was piped to look like partyware, and added fondant stars. Then a simple "1" smash cake for her little guy to enjoy all to himself!

Truck Cake
This was a last minute order for a 4 x 4 pick up truck for a little boy's first birthday. I simply stacked and carved down a 1/2 sheet cake into a truck shape and iced accordingly. She wanted whipped frosting, which will be my last time with 3D cakes, it was so hard too smooth. The tires are doughnuts, the plates are fondant, and the 1 is made out of marshmallow sundae topping.

Doll Cakes
This was my first "3" doll cakes. I used the wondermold pan and then carved down some 8" rounds underneath the wondermold. The little girl told me what colors each doll was suppose to wear. They were oreo cake with cookies and cream filling, chocolate with white mousse, and white with chocolate mousse. The little girl loved them, but asked her mom if they were going to eat her dolls too, lol!

Unicorn Cupcakes
I was inspired by another CCer who did fondant horse cupcakes, sorry I don't remember your name, but since I am not the best modeler, I decided to use marshmallows instead. Cut them up for the face, used a whole one for the body, and 4 small ones for the legs, and then piped on a mane, tail, and horns.
