BC frosting with Fondant accents. These were chocolate and white cakes with raspberry fillings. This was my first attempt at using fondant for accents, took some time to get comfortable with it but we feel it was well worth the time invested. Fun cake! Tiers from the top down are Hexagon, Round, Square, Round.

The Bride's Wish...
BC icing, White cake, rasp fill TASTED FABULOUS! This was a simple cake to decorate however I felt like it was a little plain. What matters is the couple was thrilled with the cake, right?!? I don't think I will ever encourage this stand again. It was sturdy but I don't think it showed off the cake very well.

Winter Wedding
BC icing, white cake rasp filling I piped white chocolate into snowflakes and accented them with sugar crystals. Sugar crystals were around the edges to give the "ice" look on the tiers. It was a very easy cake to decorate! (One day the photographer stopped me and asked if I was at this wedding, it was my cousins, I said yes and she said "that was the most beautiful cake i have ever photographed! I said thank you then she said "OH, you made the cake?!?) YAY!

Red Swirls And Champagne
bc icing, champagne cake. Ran out of red & bought some from the local store last minute BIG MISTAKE! The cake ended up sweating & the red ran everywhere. I spent the 2 hrs before the wedding saving the cake. Luckily the cake was for my sister so she didn't get mad, she ended up LOVING it; also I was her maid of honor & almost had a stress/heart attack! (the bad hair at the salon already had me in tears!) The taste was exceptional! Since then we now know how to prevent sweating; THANK U CAKE CENTRAL!

BC/rosette icing. Sugar crystals on 2 tiers, hand rolled fondant balls painted with a pearl dust shimmer. Almond cake with cream cheese filling, Carrot cake with cream cheese filling, Chocolate cake with a light chocolate bc filling, white cake with rasp filling. We used the melvira method to make this look so smooth, the wedding coordinatorand the florist thought it was fondant! WOO HOO!
