This is my first round cake and the initial covering of the cake was more challenging than i thought but it was a lot of fun :) I made this for my manager who is leaving the company today. He grew the international calling card business in our company - hence the calling card flags on the cake. The cake is vanilla and chocolate cake layered.
My First Cupcake tower... i even made the stand myself :) this is for my friend's birthday and it's got 3 different flavours - Cosmo, Baileys Bombshell and Strawberies and cream.

A tim tam cheese cake with layers of chocolate cake, covered in chocolate ganache and decorated with white chocolate fondant patterns. I had lots of fun making this and using my new cookie cutters.
I made this for a friend's BBQ over the weekend. It's white chocolate mousse with berries and layers of butter cake in between. The outside is coated with pieces of hazelnut chocolate crisps and the whole cake is topped off with chocolate coated strawberries. It was a nice and light cake... perfect for spring!
