Made for my brothers 30th suprise party. Choc. cake w/ raspberry filling, choc bc on sides, vanilla bc for top of green poker table. All decorations are gumpaste.

Made this for my husbands friend that served w/ him in Iraq. Him and his family are finally going back home and leaving Cali. It was a choc. fudge cake w/ peanut butter filling.
I am so happy it came out after all the problems I had with the original icing. I ended up re-icing it and it came out great. Bottom layer is WASC with strawberry filling, 2nd layer is strawberry cake with strawberry BC filling, mini bear is just WASC. Blocks, blanket and plaque are all gumpaste.
Yellow cake w/ cookies and cream filling, frosted in choc. bc. All decorations are made by me except for the plastic happy easter sign and the plastic chicks and bunny.

My nephew was having a pirate themed bday party and this is what I came up with because I was short on time. White cake, chocolate buttercream tinted black and the image was a FBCT.
This one was a little easier then my practice cake, guess I learned from my mistakes the first time. Logo's are FBCT, cake is devils food, frosting was vanilla hazelnut.

I made this cake for my dad, some of the lettering got a little messed up but I don't think its bad for my first try at a FBCT. The cake is double layers, 1 triple fudge, the other is a yellow cake that I colored orange with food color and its covered in milk chocolate buttercream.

Got bored and wanted to practice so made a vanilla cake with vanilla caramel BC frosting and caramel filling. The top is drizzled with warm caramel sauce and chocolate shavings.
These were the first ones I've ever made and although they aren't great I am proud that you can tell they are a flower lol.

This was made for the owner of the software company I work at. The base was made out of butter yellow with vanilla frosting, the hill was devils food with milk chocolate frosting, shaved coconut around the border, the road was crushed oreo.

First time working with fondant and it was a nightmare, was up half the night after working all day but she loved it and I learned a whole lotta lessons about fondant that night : )
