this is a wedding cake done for a coworkers daughter. Cake is three flavors, carrot, chocolate and apple spice. Cream cheese icing with fondant. The dogs on top were salt and pepper shakers that were special the the couple. They were decorating with lace an d burlap so trim is to match that. Thanks for looking
my granddaughter wanted Caillou....usually for kids cakes I like to cheat and use toys...doubles as a gift.....could not find anything Caillou so all figures are hand sculpted out of modeling chocolate. cake is chocolate with buttercream and cream cheese. pond is piping gel and mud for piggies cake crumbs with piping gel....thanks for looking
this is a cake done for a baby shower for 2 cowokers. the challenge was that one of the mommies to be was vegan. Cake is applespice with apple filling and cream cheese icing. No animal products used so texture was a challenge and eventually the heavy icing slipped off before we could serve. Got the idea from other cake central photos....thanks for the great ideas!

this cake was actually done mostly by the young girls next door. they wanted a cake for thier mom's birthday so I assisted them. it is a bit rough since the girls are inexperienced but their mom just love it. Strawberry cake with buttercream, Machine is rice krispie treats covered in fondant, accents are also fondant.

this is a cake I did for my grandson's birthday. It is chocolate cake with butter cream covered in fondant. It is much harder to get faces right than it seems. Chocolate cake with raspberry filling covered in butter cream. Leaves are silk. I wanted to make them from fondant or chocolate but the bride wanted silk.
This is a cake I made for my son"s birthday. He said he wanted "traditional" German chocolate only scary. The cake is German chocolate with coconut pecan dyed green. zombie is rice crispy treat with modeling chocolate. Other accents are gummies or modeling chocolate.
