This is a custom cake that was done for a man that wanted this theme for his wifes Birthday. Its 2 half sheet chocolate cakes that I carved into oval shape and dombed the sides. Its filled with mocha chocolate mousse, iced with chocolate ganache that I darkened to black in color. Photo image of Edward and Bella surrounded with buttercream roses and of course a bit of scroll pattern on sides and border on bottom. ;-)
I was inspired to make this cake after I saw my Grand daughters easter basket. I thought it was cute so I gave it a shot. Its made with white cake, marshmellow accents, fondant ears, bettercream whipped icing curled ribbon and of course the little plastic eggs. I also added jelly beans. Happy Easter Everyone! :-)

I used 5 8 inch round cakes. I stacked and carved. I then iced with buttercream. Then I covered in fondant... added more fondant and buttercream as needed to sculpt the face. I then airbrush and hand painted the cake. Thanks for looking. :-)

I decided to make something different this year. I never made one before. I just used my imagination since we didnt have a egg pan at the bakery I work at . I just sculpted the cake from 5 5inch cakes. with a 1/2 of a 5 inch cake to make the opening in the front of the cake.
This is my eerie cat cake. He is sculpted from a half sheet chocolate cake, chocolate whipped icing, rolled fondant ears, eyes, toung, licorice whiskers and airbrushed black. I got quite to comments from customers.. especially little kids. I had allot of fun
