This was a cake for MY FIRST bridal show!!! WOOHOO! Go me:) The table scape was green and dark brown. I painted the design on 4 of the corners and dressed it up with ribbon. The amazing florist there added the grass and orchids.

This cake was made for a husker fan turning 50. The football and sod are sculpted cake covered in buttercream and fondant. The 50 yard line is made with powdered sugar and a stencil, the dirt is cake crumbs and oreos. The logo is a freehand rendering done with an edible ink pen. He loved it!
This is a 16 inch round cake carved and covere in fondant. The rim is made out of handpainted gumpaste. All of the nubs are hand-formed fondant.
