4 In 1 (Graduation X 2, Birthday & Fairwell)
This cake was made for a family celebration/party for 4 events. One individual was graduating from college, one from high school, one was returning from China and celebrating a birthday and two individuals were leaving for a vacation in Rome. We rolled them all up into 1 cake design and all had decoration independent. We used BC, Fondant, edible images, candles and a toy plane. It was great fun and the family was very pleased

Flip Flop For A Pool Party Theme
This cake was made for a friend's daughter on her 6th birthday. We tried to make a replica of a "stacks" flip flop. The label on the shoe has "Happy Birthday" "made in USA" and "6" (supposedly imitating the label on a real shoe with her "age" as the "size". She really liked her cake.

Deuce & A Half (2 1/2 Ton Truck)
This cake was made for one of my mother's co-workers. She wanted it to take to her son for his birthday. He is a mechanic in the military and she thought it would be neat to take it to him on their visit this weekend. The truck is covered in fondant with all fondant details. My favorite part is the canvas top which was textured to feel and look like canvas. This cake will travel about 500 miles today. Hope it makes it safe and sound!

Disney Princess' Castle
This cake was made from a kit that I ordered online (pink plastic parts and figures)... Believe me, it was not as easy to put together as it looked like it would be. Buttercream base coating, door, vines, leaves with Royal Icing roses. The top section is actually a picture frame that had the birthday girl's picture in it. This cake was for my niece's birthday.

Farm Animals & Barn
This is not an original idea and it wasn't for a child .... it was copied directly out of the Wilton 2009 Yearbook and it was for a departmental birthday party. It just so happened that 2 of the folks who had birthdays this month are fond of horses. We thought this would be a fun surprise. It went over rather well.
