My Father-in-Law LOVES chocolate covered cherries, so I thought he would like Black Forest cake, too! I made this for my In-Laws' anniversary (which is 12/17). It's 2 layers chocolate cake w/ Cherry pie filling center. White icing and sides rolled in oreo cookie crumbs. The pictures don't look great, and the cake didn't come out EXACTLY how I wanted, but it tastes YUMMY!
Another CakeCentral inspired cake! Chocolate leaves, sugarpaste pumpkins. It's a spice cake with cream cheese icing. It was DELICIOUS!

I'm a newbie, but I got this idea from this site someone posted in the "Blue" scheme cakes for a winter cake... I took the blue and white idea for his birthday party and made this. The picture isn't the best quality, sorry!
